They eventually will roll 20 and leave these artifacts for the moment they need them the most because if someone will be getting tunneled hard or just end up on their death hook - they can aquire ideally both items which would allow them to teleport to the other side of the map + get invis to get to a safer place to get their health back up. Or during endgame the eye can be used by a person who was never hooked to go for cheeky invis save play and either trade and allow the rest of the team to recover or at least get slugged with unbreakable or something alike. There are A LOT of fun and wild things the survivors get out of these toys

They had to change the clowns mori because of ash, as the clown was interacting with the puppet and nothing happened, they could fix this by removing the hand but they won’t.

I don't consider this OP, because even as an anti-chase ability for survivors, the killer still gets a health state for free. It's win-lose for both sides, so technically you could say it's actually decently balanced? Also, run Iron Maiden on Vecna and the survivor will scream when they exit the locker they teleport to? Of course, it would suck to have to rely on that one perk, maybe they should lose the item upon use, that way someone else might be able to use it, and they can only do it once?

Ash Williams with the eye or hand of vecna would be unstoppable
